Who We Are: Healing Mind, Body, and Spirit
Since 2006, we have been dedicated to serving the Phoenix West Valley community with a focus on compassionate care and unwavering integrity. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in the personalized attention we provide to each patient, ensuring that their unique needs are met with empathy and professionalism.

A new standard for healthcare
Trinity Integrated Medicine was founded on a simple yet revolutionary belief: good health cannot be achieved by looking at the body in isolation. For nearly two decades, we have served patients in Phoenix, Avondale, and the surrounding metro area with a model that respects the complex interplay between physical ailments and mental well-being.
Our founders, Dr. Rodd Aking and Dr. Padma Aking, recognized early in their careers that the separation of "medical" and "mental" health was artificial and harmful to patients. They built Trinity to champion a coordinated care model, where someone's physical and mental health providers collaborate on a single, unified treatment plan, delivering a complete and holistic patient experience.

Patient-Centered Medical Home Certification
In 2017, Trinity Integrated Medicine earned the patient-centered medical home (PCMH) certification from the National Committee for Quality Assurance. This designation emphasizes the relationship between you and your healthcare team, led by your chosen provider.
Our priority is your health and wellness, aiming to deliver comprehensive, coordinated care throughout your life. While it might be tempting to see any available doctor when sick, having a consistent provider ensures better care. Regular visits with the same doctor help build a relationship and provide a complete understanding of your health history.

Care Coordination with Arizona Care Network
Care coordination, offered through Arizona Care Network, is a voluntary program that utilizes a team approach to provide the most comprehensive medical care possible. A critical member of this team are the patients themselves, who are empowered to take charge of their health needs.
